Social justice is an important part of how I approach my work. I believe that access to therapy should not be limited by financial circumstances, and that people come to care with very different levels of financial stability and privilege.
The green bottle sliding scale is one way I try to reflect this in practice. Rather than a single fixed fee, it offers a range that allows you to choose a rate based on your current financial situation.
This system is built on trust. If you are able to choose a higher tier, it helps support access to care for others in the community. If you need a lower tier, that space is there for you.
You are the best judge of what is manageable and sustainable. You are welcome to adjust your tier at any time as your circumstances change.
Sliding Scale Fee Structure
This sliding scale is designed to make therapy more accessible while honoring the different financial realities people experience. Please choose the level that best reflects your current financial situation. No proof is required—this system is based on honesty and self-assessment.
Tier 1: $100–$120 per session
This level is for individuals who may be struggling to meet basic needs. You might:
Have little to no disposable income
Be living pay-check to pay-check
Have limited or no savings
Experience difficulty paying for essentials such as housing, food, or healthcare
Tier 2: $120–$140 per session
This level is for individuals who can meet basic needs but have limited financial flexibility. You might:
Be able to pay bills but have little left over
Have some savings, but not enough to feel secure
Need to be mindful and careful with spending
Tier 3: $140–$165 per session
This level is for individuals who are financially stable. You might:
Consistently meet your needs without stress
Have some savings and financial security
